Senior tax manager with direct responsibility for over 500 clients,
several publicly traded, including work on initial public offering.
Special projects included management of a consulting team for the
firms national bank tax practice which involved major presentations,
review of trust banking operations, and providing advise on
administration, information technology, tax and regulatory compliance
with emphasis on automation, development of procedures, and
implementation of controls for quality assurance.

TAX MANAGER
Responsible for 250 clients, primarily oil and gas related, with
emphasis on DOE pricing and Windfall Profit Taxes. Special
projects included tax compliance automation and integration of
personal computers into the tax practice.
Prior industry work experience:
Responsibilities have included supervision of accounting,
contract administration, corporate administration, support of
marketing efforts, including preparation and review of all major
proposals, negotiation of major asset acquisitions, support of banking
relationships, cash flow analysis, Fair Labor Standards Act compliance,
and all types of insurance.
Responsibilities have also included supervision of accounting,

Cost accounting for construction services, real estate development,
general construction, implementation of new accounting software,

duties.
Served as a Vice President in tax and mineral operations in major
trust department with a staff of nineteen. Recorded over $40MM in
annual oil and gas income from over 80,000 royal interests and 7,500
working interests. Managed entities held in bankruptcy and public
limited partnerships. Also conversion coordinator for transfer of
$4 billion in assets to new hardware and software, IBM migration
coordinator, and magnetic media coordinator for 33 trust divisions.
